Purchasing Disclaimer

FabuLegs will not be responsible for a package once it is dropped at my local Post Office. If your package is lost or you have not received delivery, please call the Post Office (800) 275-8777 on how to file a claim. All Priority packages are insured. 

Please know that packages are not always scanned upon delivery, meaning your package may not scan or it will scan at the next P.O. hub. I am sorry to say that I am not responsible and can not be held responsible for the Post Office and how they handle packages.

MONTHLY MYSTERY LEGGINGS CAN NOT BE RETURNED UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES. IF RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION, PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING BACK TO THEMSELVES.

Pre-Order Items:

    • Pre-Orders have different shipping times. Please be sure to note the estimated preorder shipping date before you purchase
    • Please allow for at least 3-4 weeks for delivery for all pre-orders.
    • *You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of payment. Keep this email for your records - This email DOES NOT mean your order has shipped, it simply means your order has been processed to ship and will ship on estimated ship date announced in the information section
    • All orders come in on the 10th of each month and ship within 1-5 business days (Mon.-Fri.) after this date
    • March preorders will ship between the 15th - 18th
    • You can track your order using you PayPal/Shopify email address at https://www.fabulegsmelissa.com/apps/hasitshippedyet
    • If you order an in stock items with your pre-order item, they will be shipped when all items are in stock
    • You can not cancel your order once it has been processed for shipment. You can refuse delivery or send back for a refund and/or exchange once you receive your package

In Stock Items:

    • In stock items ship within 3 business days (Mon.-Fri.) - Please watch for you *tracking email address
    • Once an order has been placed you can not change your order or the mailing address after 15 minutes of purchasing
    • You can track your order using you PayPal/Shopify email address at https://www.fabulegsmelissa.com/apps/hasitshippedyet
    • You can not cancel your order once it has been processed for shipment. You can refuse delivery or send back for a refund and/or exchange once you receive your package

 

RETURN POLICY

At FabuLegs, we strive to provide amazing products to our customers, as well as TOP notch customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will try our best to help you!  Please review our Returns policy below:
                                                 

  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and tags must still be attached.

  • All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse.

  • Refunds are only issued in the form of an gift card/store credit.
    We DO NOT issue cash refunds.

  • Please review your order as soon as your receive it. If you think you received a defective item, please contact our Customer service department at fabulegs@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt. We try our best to replace all defective merchandise ASAP.     
                     

OUR EASY RETURN PROCESS:

If your return meets the requirements above, we now offer a simple option to send back your return merchandise!

1) Click on the "Easy Return Label" button and complete the form.  You can print your own return label and drop off at any USPS drop off location for the following reasons: Item is damaged, received wrong item or you received an extra order. Please note that if you choose to use our Easy Return Label Method for any other reason, you will have $6.50 deducted from your gift card/store credit. (Original shipping fees are also NON-refundable).  Make sure to complete all of the required fields on the form and add as much information in the additional section. Missing information will cause your package to return to sender.

OR

2) You may also send your item back to us the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please make note of your tracking number, packing slip and small note with your reason for return. Again, if this information is not included, your package will not be processed.

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it. Once the item has been processed, you will receive an email with your Online gift card.**

(Due to limited quantities of each style, we cannot guarantee an exchange. We will try our best to provide the exchange and will let you know ASAP if we cannot complete it)

*If you do not receive and email with tracking this simply means you either entered the wrong email address or it is in a junk folder/spam folder. In either event you can still track using the link about with your order number and PayPal/Shopify email address.
