Purchasing Disclaimer

FabuLegs will not be responsible for a package once it is dropped/picked up by the Unites States Post Office. If your package is lost or you have not received delivery, please call the Post Office (800) 275-8777 on how to file a claim. All Priority packages are insured. If your package does NOT deliver but has a tracking number, I am not and will not be held responsible for non-delivered packages. You are using USPS at your own risk. If you would like another option at a greater expense, please contact and we can find another option for you.

Please know that packages are not always scanned upon delivery, meaning your package may not scan or it will scan at the next P.O. hub. I am sorry to say that I am not responsible and can not be held responsible for the Post Office and how they handle packages. Again, if your package does not deliver, FabuLegs, LLC. is not being held responsible for undelivered packages and will not offer a refund.

We also make mistakes and we understand this 100%. Please email us and let us know about all missing packages, we will look at each order individually before we make any decisions not to refund.


CLEARANCE BIN ITEMS: All sales are final. No returns excepted.

Pre-Order Items:

    • Pre-Orders have different shipping times. Please be sure to note the estimated preorder shipping date before you purchase
    • Please allow for at least 3-4 weeks for delivery for all pre-orders.
    • *You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of payment. Keep this email for your records - This email DOES NOT mean your order has shipped, it simply means your order has been processed to ship and will ship on estimated ship date announced in the information section
    • If you order an in stock items with your pre-order item, they will be shipped when all items are in stock
    • You can not cancel your order once it has been processed for shipment. You can refuse delivery or send back for a gift card or new pattern once you receive your package

In Stock Items:

    • In stock items ship within 3-5 business days (Mon.-Fri.) - Please watch for your tracking number in the form of the email address you used when you ordered.
    • Once an order has been placed you can not change your order or the mailing address.
    • You can not cancel your order once it has been processed for shipment. You can refuse delivery or send back for a gift card or new pattern once you receive your package


At FabuLegs, we strive to provide amazing products to our customers, as well as TOP notch customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will try our best to help you!  Please review our Returns policy below:

  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and tags must still be attached.

  • All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse.

  • Size and pattern returns are only issued in the form of a gift card/store credit.
    We DO NOT issue cash refunds.

  • Please review your order as soon as your receive it. If you think you received a defective item, please contact our Customer service department at within 5 days of receipt. We try our best to replace all defective merchandise ASAP.     


If your return meets the requirements above, we now offer a simple option to send back your return merchandise!

1) Email fabulegs@gmail and let us know what is going on. To expedite your needs via email, please do the following:

- Include your order number

- If there is damage, please take a picture of the area and include it in your email

- If an item is missing, please send a picture of your packing slip along with your email.


As soon as this is all confirmed a label will be shipped to the email on the order for you to print and ship.


If you need to return:


2) Please send your item back to us the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please make note of your tracking number. Also, don't forget to add your packing slip and small note with the your reason for return. Again, if this information is not included, your package will not be processed. We will then credit your account in the form of an electronic gift card.

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it. Once the item has been processed, you will receive an email with your Online gift card.**

(Due to limited quantities of each style, we cannot offer an exchange. All exchanges will be in the form of a store credit, that is good for one year from the date of email.)

If your item is delivered to me with delivery confirmed but I have not received it from the USPS system, I can not offer a refund, store credit or exchange. USPS will often scan their packages at our local warehouse and not actually deliver them to me. I can not control this situation so I am unable to take responsibility for it.
